Glass: Chilled Port

Ice: None
Garnish: Lemon zest

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Graystone Lipizzan Port
  • 0.5 DuPont Vielle 4 Y.O. Calvados
  • Rinse of Ardbeg 10 Y.O. Scotch
  • Dash of peach bitters

Method:

Rinse chilled port glass with Ardbeg Scotch. Add Calvados and Port. Serve at room temperature.
